How Attachments Work With Plooto

You are now able to have the attachments that are in your accounting software (QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, and Xero) show up in the Plooto e-mail that is sent to your contacts.
To ensure this is enabled, follow these steps:

Click on your name/company name in the top right
Click on “settings”
Click on “company settings”
Ensure the following box is checked off:

Once this feature is turned on, when a payment is created, the attachments from your accounting software will be linked to the payment, and the contact will be able to view the attachment directly through the Plooto e-mail. 

When you are selecting the payments to create in Plooto, you will see the attachments, they will look like this:

You can view the attachment details by clicking on the specific payment. It will look like this:
