How to Add a New Company to Your Profile

As an Accountant/Bookkeeper, you will be able to add your client’s companies while you are logged into your Plooto profile, so you will be able to manage all your clients with one login.

In order to add a new company, follow these simple steps:

Log into Plooto
From the dashboard, under the “Switch Company” tab, click on the blue button that says “Add Company”

You will then be prompted to add your clients full name and e-mail address. Please associate the e-mail address for the contact you’d like to receive the notifications for the company.
You will also be able to choose whether or not this contact should receive “Admin” access. 

In the next step, you will enter the company name, country, and business phone number.

In the following screen, you will be able to select which members of your team will have access to this company profile. 

*** Please note, if you would like to add users that do not appear on this screen, you will be able to add them later on.
