Customer cannot find Payment Request Pin

Within the Request tab, select the applicable Payment Request.

Scrolling down to the Bank Account Details section, you can see the status of the Pin (as shown below).

In most cases, by providing the Pin Received Date to the customer, they’re able to finish the bank verification process quickly and complete the payment request
